Kindle Fire getting an OTA update in less than two weeks

Amazon, in an interview to with the New York Times, said that it is less than two weeks from rolling out an over-the-air update to the Kindle Fire. The company says that there will be improvements in performance and multi touch navigation. Customers will also be able to edit the list of items that shows what they’ve done recently.
