Verizon is preparing for the launch and announcement of the upcoming DROID phones that will be available on its network. The DROID CHARGE is manufactured by Samsung and features a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus screen and 4G LTE compatibility. It uses a single core 1GHz processor and has a 8MP camera. The lowest allowed price of this phone will be a whopping $299.99. However, we think it will come down in price once they find normal consumers are not willing to pay $299.99 for a smartphone.
The other DROID phone that Verizon is preparing is the DROID Incredible 2, the second version of the widely popular DROID Incredible. It is a global phone with a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 processor, the same as the HTC Thunderbolt. It features a 4-inch WVGA TFT display, 768MB RAm, and an 8MP camera. This one will be priced at a minimum of $199.99
