Today RIM sent out Twitter for BlackBerry beta invites to a few lucky BlackBerry users. There are many third party Twitter applications like UberTwitter and SocialScope, but the difference with this one is that it is made by RIM. With some neat features like integrating your replies and direct messages into the Messages folder on your BlackBerry, this client may make its way to the most popular Twitter client.
