RIM has acquired a company called Tungle, the company announced today. Tungle is a cloud-based calendar and scheduling service that makes it easy for users to share their availability and schedule appointments. RIM believes that this will be a great solution for its BlackBerry users to connect with the people that matter most throughout the day. Tungle is cross-platform, meaning it will work on your BlackBerry and your desktop. We are excited to see what RIM does with the company and how it incorporates it into the BlackBerry service.
