Nokia announced three new smartphones today at Nokia World. The first device, the Nokia C7, is a social media and entertainment phone. The phone itself is small and has a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display. Using Nokia’s new ClearBlack Display, the Nokia C6 offers higher contrast and vibrant colors. A 8-megapixel camera will allow for some impressive photos. It runs the new Symbian and offers free Ovi Maps with new pedestrian and motorist features. The Nokia C6 will be available in the 4th quarter of 2010 for about EUR 260 (335 USD).
The Nokia C7 is the second device announced by Nokia today at Nokia World. Similar to the C6, the C7 revolves around social media and lets users see the updates directly on their homescreen. The Nokia C7 has more memory than the C6, a stainless steel body, and a 3.5-inch AMOLED display. Users can send their location to their favorite social networks or with friends. The Nokia C7 will launch in the 4th quarter of 2010 for EUR 355 (456 USD).
The final new smartphone announced by Nokia today is the Nokia E7. This phone is a business class device, that combines user’s business and personal life into one device. The E7 has Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync that will allow business users to get secure emails in real-time. The Nokia E7 has a 4-inch touchscreen display featuring the new ClearBlack technology. With a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a tilted display, the E7 allows for fast typing and editing of documents. The Nokia E7 will cost EUR 495 (635 USD) and will launch in the 4th quarter of 2010.
