Rogers made chatr, its new unlimited talk and text brand, official today. What is chatr, you may be asking. chatr is a brand within Rogers that will offer unlimited voice and text only without a contact within defined chatr zones. This new brand will be the first in its category to offer something like this. We don’t have anything on specific plans and pricing yet, but we will let you know as we hear it.
