Earlier we reported that Visual Voicemail is coming to AT&T very soon. Well we have found further proof on AT&T’s website. When changing features, there is now an option to get “BlackBerry Visual Voicemail” and it is free! When we click the link it says,

Visual Voicemail allows you to go directly to any of your messages without listening to the prior messages or voice instructions,so you can quickly select the messages that are most important to you.

The downside is that when you try to add this feature it will give you an error saying you need to call customer service. We will let you know more as we find it out.

I could not find this posting on my account. Could it be that ATT has retracted this offer? I have a Blackberry Bold.

It is gone now. However, you could never actually add the feature since it would just tell you to call customer service. Shouldn’t be too long until we see it available to the public though.
