Sprint introduces Sprint Premier to its most loyal customers

Sprint is rewarding its most loyal customers with a new program that has a lot of to offer. Sprint Premier will allow customers perks that no other carrier even comes close to. Qualified customers have been with Sprint for 6 months and have been on an individual plan of 69.99 or shared plan of 99.99 for three months. Some of the features include:

  • Customers will be able to upgrade with a discounted price after one year, instead of the typical two year
  • Customers will get rewards for every year with Sprint
  • Customers will get “Just Because” gifts like free trips, sporting events, broadway shows, Sprint features, and more
  • Customers will be the first to know and get new phones
  • Customers will get 25% off accessories in store and online

    Well, this is great. I have been a “loyal” SPRINT user for 8 1/2 years, but fall short of the premier plan because I don’t pay SPRINT enough for my service. Because my family and I chose SPRINT in 2001, SPRINT has carried the business of my 2 children, my husband, my mother, stepfather, sister, her three children and their spouses, in son-in-law, and my daughter’s boyfriend. I wonder if SPRINT thinks this is ENOUGH business to warrant the upgraded plan? I’m very sure that if SPRINT doesn’t appreciate our business, we could take it elsewhere!

    Right, just like the “loyal” customer above, why NOT just go for the short term plan and be Premier right now. Why am I waiting for another year and a half?? !! I must be stupid !
