Apple has released an iOS update loaded with bug fixes. Fixes include blank or frozen video during FaceTime calls and fixed issues with 3G iPad 2 devices.
All you need to do is plug in your iPhone to iTunes and hit update. But remember, this will likely remove your jailbreak if you have a jailbroken phone.
