The lucky few that received their iPhone 4’s yesterday and today might have found new problems with their device. It seems that people have reported signal dropping dramatically from full signal to no signal at all when holding their iPhone by the silver bezel. Several users have even reported multiple call drops and call errors.
The silver bezel was specifically designed as an antenna to allow signal to send and receive calls but it looks like this is not the case. We are hoping this can be solved by a simple software update but we’re never too sure. Many users have posted YouTube videos showing the dramatic drop of signal which can be viewed below.
