HTC has previously stated that that the Touch HD would not support North America 3G bands. However, a leaked service manual for the phone provides different information. It seems that there is or was a Touch HD planned for North America because bands 850 and 1900MHz are both supported. We will see what happens in the future and will update with any announcements.
