T-Mobile is set to release two new Sidekick devices this summer. One of the phones they will be launching is code names Gekko. It is supposed to replace the Sidekick iD. It is going to have the same screen and similar features as the Sidekick LX, but of course will not have all the features. This Sidekick will cost less than the Sidekick LX for all the people who do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on a phone. The screenshot above comes from the home screen of the phone, so it is assumed that the Sidekick will look somewhat like that.
