Sprint announced the MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot by Novatel Wireless back in January. This device will allow users to connect up to five Wi-Fi enabled devices to it, allowing for access to Sprints 4G/3G network. Sprint is the first carrier to launch a 4G MiFi Intelligent Mobile Hotspot. This means it comes with MiFi OS, widgets, and application support that adds capabilities beyond simple internet connectivity.
The device has been available since April 3 via Direct Ship and will be available at all Sprint retail channels on April 17th.
