The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10, a device that was once a dream has finally come true. A smartphone device using one of the most powerful processors called the “Snapdragon” running at an exhilarating 1GHz. Now you might not understand GHz (pronounced “gig-a-heart-zzzz”) and I wouldn’t blame you, but consider this. Find one of your old, lets say 5-7 year old, computer laying around your house. Now look at that, then at this beautiful thin X10 device See any resemblance? No, and you shouldn’t, but internally that 7 year old computer most likely has a Pentium 3 processor which also runs around 1GHz meaning this cellphone, weighing at 135grams vs your 7 year old computer most likely weighing more then you, could pretty much do whatever that computer did (and if your still using that 5-7 year old computer, get a new one before this phone). So lets get down to business and review this crazy son of a b*tch. (buy a vowel?)

As you may of heard. Rogers announced today that they will be selling their Xperia X10 devices starting today which means you know we had to somehow get a hold of one of these devices. Lucky enough we were able to thanks to Rogers and Sony Ericsson reps.

Here’s a few teasers of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 device in this sexy white color that we just received about… oh 5 minutes ago? Sorry about the low resolution pictures. Was in a rush and just had to get some snaps.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is now available for preorders on Rogers Wireless. The device (as said before) will cost $149.99 on a 3 year voice and data term and will be available in “Senuous Black” and “Luster White”. The device will also include the MW600 Wireless Headset. Customers can go to http://www.rogers.com/x10preorder to preorder and with every order includes a chance to win two tickets to the FIFA World Cup in South Africa this June. Today Rogers announced that it is going to be carrying the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 on its Canadian network. The phone will be exclusive to the Canadian carrier and Rogers will be the first carrier in North America to get the device. The Xperia X10 runs Android operating system and has a 8.1 megapixel camera with 16X digital zoom. Rogers says that the phone is expected to be available in the second quarter of 2010.
