Now all sources and leaks are pointing to a Sept. 29th release date and T-Mobile also has a teaser site for the G2 where you can sign up and receive information on the device as new pieces of information get sent to you via e-mail. I know a lot of people who are still using their G1 handsets like it’s the best thing ever made since rice and beans. Now if we can only get T-Mobile to confirm the release date…

Our anonymous tipster has leaked us another photo from Future Shop’s inventory. This time, the Rogers Motorola Quench Android based that’s priced at $374.99 buy out price with no contract, making this the same as the Acer Liquid E. No info on when it’s released but we’re going to take a wild guess and say most likely the same time the Acer Liquid E comes to Rogers.

It looks like MobileSyrup was able to get a snapshot of the Acer Liquid E that showed up in retail inventory for $374.99 no contract price. Incredibly cheap for an Android device with a high resolution screen. Earlier, we were told by Rogers that it should be released anytime soon this summer and will come pre-loaded with Android OS 2.1.

An internal Verizon document has leaked and is showing that the Storm2 is launching on October 28th in all Verizon channels. The Storm2 is the updated version of the Storm, which did not have as much success as RIM expected. With added Wi-Fi, this will be Verizon’s first Wi-Fi BlackBerry. BlackBerry beta fiends have been begging for a new OS 5.0 to be leaked. It took a while, but 5.0.0.100 has made its way on the Internet. We have heard there are not many fixes from the previews 5.0.0.93 that has been leaked for a while. For this reason, we do not recommend upgrading to this OS unless you plan on downgrading later.

OS 4.7.0.141 has just made its way into the internet for the BlackBerry Storm 9500. From what we hear, this OS will speed a lot of things up and reduce lag. Don’t worry Verizon customers, you should be getting this OS pretty soon from your carrier.
As always, please install with caution because it is not an official release, it is still in beta.
