PhoneScoop has gotten confirmation from AT&T that the NoDo Windows 7 update is rolling out the Samsung Focus and LG Quantum. Unfortunately, these are the only two phones that it is available for so the HTC Surround is left out for the time being. The NoDo update adds some important features including copy-and-paste and performance improvements.
