It is as simple as going into a T-Mobile retail store and talking to a trained representative who will determine the trade-in value of the device. The customer then receives a voucher, shipping label, and bubble pack mailer and ships the old phone out at their convenience. Once the phone has been received, a check will be sent to them with the quoted amount.
