PreCentral got its hands on a leaked webOS 3.0 emulator that shows off the first beta build. WebOS 3.0 will run on HP’s TouchPad coming later this Summer. From what we see in the video and the screenshots, the operating system is pretty impressive thus far and is very user friendly.
