With the iPhone 4’s front facing camera, we expected an app like this to come to the store. iChatr is a Chatroulette-type app that uses your front facing camera to share video with random strangers around the country. If you see something you don’t like, which is very likely to happen, just slide your finger to grab another video partner. Headphones must be used in order to hear the other person talk. iChatr is going for free in the App store.
