25 to give away, sounds amazing. I am in the car commuting to work and school a lot and could really use this! More than that I could use a smart phone. If any of the six are around I would love to get my hands on one as everyone seems to have one except me and I am trying to start my own website, but am a poor student. Help me out smartphone nation!

Oh wow, this sounds great :O especially since I’m on-the-go a lot and don’t have reliable internet where I go!

I was hoping I could get the license because I travel once in a while and need access to the Internet at hotels and airports that don’t offer wifi. Not only that I also do tech product reviews on YouTube and I could help sponsor and promote tetherberry a lot.

With my job I travel a lot and trying to find a hotel with a free internet connection is hard and paying for it continually is expensive! Thanks

Your application makes tethering a breeze. I love it! It gives me the freedom to get online anytime anyplace on my laptop at a reasonable price.

Smartphone nation is where its at.

I would love to tether myself as I sometimes feeel I am just floating around looking for a wifi spot. The disconnected sensation after 2 hours at starbuck could be relieved through a generous anniversary present.

I have a BB8830 on Verizon. Anything newer than that would be greatfully accepted also.

Cool, tried it and it worked great!!

Because you say its sweet and I believe you. It would be awesome to tether my phone to my laptop. You’re websites article on the droid, which btw is better than your bb, was informative and humorous. I trust you.

thanks forthe opportunity to apply. The IT office that I work for wants to charge us full price for stock tethering, and i really liked the demo that I ran, but it was too short. I would love the chance to win so that i don’t have to be stuck in the office. have a BB8830
    thanks

Please allow me to define the cost aspect. if we want tethering its available but only through the regular vVerizon service, and thats costly per month. my wife woul dkill me to see aother reduction in my check. Not the company’s fault at all.

Tether is a great service, tried the demo and was very worth it. I am a college student and can see it being a real help.

I want a license so I can use my computer and have internet while I am on trips with my youth ministry students.

Ok, so while I was on samrtphonenation.com I saw that they have 25 copies to give away, so what the hell I’ll give it a try. I was blown away. I was expecting it to be low, which it wasn’t, I even had to check to make sure the wireless on my laptop was disabled because is was running so smooth. We are in our RV must of the summer and always have trouble finding a campground with internet or internet that is worth calling intenet, but now we will be using tether. I will be telling may camping friends about this. I wonder if it runs so well because I use Verizon? One last thing, setup was so easy.

Why I want a tether license is because i am a volunteer firefighter and I volunteer with Civil air patrol and when we are out and about we could use the tether on my bb so that we can have internet access when we need it.

I would love a copy of Tether if you have one to spare. This application would have saved me hours of frustration had I used it while attending the BlackBerry Developers Conference. I am heading to CTIA in 11 days and could use this if the room does not have free wifi…California didnt.

  24. Ryan March 10, 2010 at 12:21 AM -

That sounds handy especially for those places the wifi costs.

  25. Steph March 10, 2010 at 9:32 AM -

I want to be able to tether from my BB! I just would not pay $60 for it, ha its that simple. Great programmm, I need it. Please!
