Palm announced at CES that it will be releasing webOS 1.4. webOS 1.4 will bring along goodies such a video recording and Flash 10 plug-in support. Video recording is done by capturing the video, editing the video, and sharing the video through YouTube, Facebook, email, or MMS. With Flash 10 plug-in support, users will now be able to use Flash while browsing the internet. All of this will be available as a over-the-air update coming in February.
